Learn more about shipping your items once they have been sold

With PayOnDelivery's integration with FedEx and other shipping providers, we make it easy to ship your sold items to anyone around the US or in your local area.

If you have received an offer for your item, first double check the type of shipping that the buyer has selected. Below are the two different ways that a buyer may have requested shipping:

FedEx Same Day

If the buyer selected SameDay shipping, simply accept the offer, print off the label and put your item in any box you have that the item fits in. If your item is extra large (e.g. couches, bikes), simply have the item ready for the FedEx delivery driver to assess how to pick up. If you have the box ready, simply stick the label to the box and wait for the FedEx delivery driver to pick up.

Any other FedEx Service

With any other FedEx service, simply accept the offer for your item, print off the label and take your item to FedEx. If you have boxes that your item will fit comfortably in, then place the item in the box and take to your nearest FedEx store. You can either drop off your box with the shipping label attached to it, or have a FedEx customer associate help you with purchasing packaging to ship the item in and attach the label.
