PayOnDelivery is designed to help you sell faster with less hassle and worry about buyer disputes. However in the rare case you have a dispute with the buyer, this is how you can resolve it.

In the event that a buyer returns your product and it’s not in the original condition in which it was shipped to the buyer please send an email to [email protected] and we will respond back to you promptly with steps to take to help us resolve the dispute. Rest assured, we will ensure that the dispute is resolved as quickly as possible.
